I am a banking, project finance and energy lawyer with extensive experience advising financial institutions, sponsors, project developers, governments and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across Africa.

I have advised on a broad range of project, asset and export development financing transactions. My professional experience has given me a dual perspective: I approach transactions not only as a finance lawyer focused on bankability issues, risk allocation, security and financing structures, but also with an understanding of project development, regulatory frameworks, commercial drivers and the practical realities of executing major projects in African markets.
